1. SPACE REVIEW
To get started, we work together during our initial meeting to understand your goals. During this time, we'll develop the tour plan, note any locations to exclude, and provide a general overview of the next steps.
2. TOUR CAPTURE
When the plan is in place, our team will visit your site to capture your space. If you're integrating photo or video into your tour, we'll likely capture this on the same trip.
3. COMPILE & REVIEW
With your space captured, we take the footage back for compilation. This is where we add in interactive features, call-out's, video tags and more. We'll review the tour with you and make any additional edits.
4. FORMATTING & LAUNCH
This is when all the pieces come together. Your virtual tour will be formatted to fit your needs. We work with your team to ensure the capture is optimized, providing all the information you need for success.

WHAT'S THE COST TO CREATE A TOUR

ARE MY TOURS VISIBLE TO THE PUBLIC?
Not unless you want them to be. We host all tours on a private server, so they only become public if you decide to put them on Google or your website. We also help clients by ensuring they are only presenting what they want shown.
HOW LONG DOES MY TOUR STAY UP?
Your tour can remain up indefinitely. If the tour is for a listing, we typically remove it once you no longer need it. For other types of tours, we host them as long as they're needed. Tours published on Google will remain as long as your business is listed on Google Maps.
